G.S.E. ApS was founded in 1973 and has since then specialised in the development and manufacturing of electronic components especially for lorries and trucks, and test equipment for auto workshops.
The product range consists of:
DC-DC Converters from 24V to 12V, trailer light units, test plugs and test lines for the testing of trailer plug connection sockets. Trailer Light Tester and Pedal Force Instrument used in connection with brake testers. The company also manufactures several products for OEM customers.
G.S.E´s products are always of high quality, in keeping with its aim of producing the highest possible quality, at the lowest possible price, without compromising on the quality. The company is able to call on its expertise to manufacture equipment specifically designed to satisfy customers’ needs, wishes and requirements.
As a result of its constant efforts to achieve this goal together with efficient quality control of all products, G.S.E. can boast a complaints level of only 0,2%. This includes faults which can be attributed to incorrect assembly, incorrect operation and overloading. The company policy is: Any doubts must be to the benefit of the costumer, as a good customer is a satisfied customer.
G.S.E. has an export rate of 80% to 30 foreign dealers, and is established in 9 markets in Europe. The customer base in Europe includes such companies as Robert Bosch and Hella KG in Germany.
In 1990 the company transferred part of its production to Poland in an effort to counteract rising costs and increasing competition on prices. In 1998 a strong alliance was created with an Estonian sub-supplier for the manufacturing of new OEM products in larger quantities.
G.S.E.´s administration, product development, testing, control and production are currently based in Denmark, accounting for 20% of the turnover and employing 6 people.
The remaining 80% of the production takes place in Poland and Estonia with a workforce of 24, which can be increased, when it is necessary.
